Bios

Josie A. Henneke, CMI, CPA Mrs. Henneke worked at the Indiana Department of Revenue for 16 years as a field auditor, audit supervisor, and regional administrator in the Audit Division. After three years as manager, then director of the State and Local Tax Practice of a large accounting firm, she founded STAT! Consulting. Mrs. Henneke has managed engagements involving sales/use, state income, gross receipts, and miscellaneous business taxes saving clients hundreds, thousands, and millions of dollars. A recognized expert in the state and local tax arena, Ms. Henneke has developed and coordinated trainings seminars for various industries. She has written several articles regarding state and local taxes and is a frequent speaker for the National Business Institute. She has also been a speaker for the Institute of Professionals in Taxation, The Institute of Management Accountants, the Indiana Household Movers Association, and the Indiana CPA Society. She graduated cum laude from Indiana University with a BS in accounting and is a member of the AICPA, Indiana CPA Society, Institute of Professionals in Taxation, Columbia Club and Community Christian Church in New Palestine, IN.
